    Going back to Vapors!

    Done a lot of research. Had a pair of Bauer Vapor x3.7s before the tendon guards ripped. Loved them. Switched to Jetspeed FT690s thereafter. But always missed the ‘fit’ of Vapor’s. The forward pitch, the snugness in the ankle. The best way to describe it to me is analogous to using track n field cleats instead of hi-tops. Just free and less restrictive. I will exercise great care with this pair as the tendons are known to rip in these too. Just miss the way they feel on the ice.

    Tendon guards trash

    I bought these skates for men’s league and have only worn them 4 times. The tendon guard is torn on both skates. The quality of these skates are terrible. I should’ve read the reviews. Smh

    Not the quality bauer use to have not a quality skate at all i only play weekly I've had skates a year I've already replaced all the eyelets. The back of the tongue is starting to rip. Not happy with my purchase. Comfortable skate but will only last about 3 years at the most. Try another brand! #bauerstepyourgameup

    really poor quality skates. For over 400$ and the Achilles tendon guard will break. poor quality. buying a different brand from now on.

    Had to order as none in my size. Excellent return policy if did not fit. Store sales person was very knowledgeable and took his time to show me many different style's and brands of skates. Ordered on line and brought to store where they were sharpened and molded the boot . Good quality product and delivered within 3 days . Impressive!

    After less than 1 year both tendon guards are tearing off. The rest of the skate is in new condition. Very poor quality for over 500. Warranty is 90 days and Bauer said its normal and part of the game. Strongly recommend finding something else. The quality on these is shockingly poor.
