A nice upgrade from the XLP at a fair price

For $97 on sale the Vapor X4 youth skates are a noticeable upgrade in materials from the XLP skates. The X4's offer a substantially more protected tongue, and more comfortable ankle padding than the XLP skates. Our son is 7 and he likes them.

Bauer X4 youth skates

Bought these for my son a couple months ago after realizing his skates were the wrong size. Had them heat molded and saw an immediate improvement. He absolutely loves them. I wish you could swap the blades on them though.
