Great Skate in store service not so much

Product is great service in store not so much. “Tech” heated them with the plastic from shipping in them. Now I’m having issues with the holder not locking.

These were final sale when we bought online and unfortunately there were none to try on in store. Tried a similar skate, but the volume was not the same. Now we are stuck with a skate that is half a size too large.
