Worst protein I have ever tasted. I agree with many of the other reviewers in saying that the protein is very chalky and leaves a film inside your mouth. Will not, and do not, recommend!

It taste like cinnamon heart flavoured amoxicillin. Buy the Vega salted caramel instead it is 1000 times better
