The BIRKENSTOCK Gary is a flat lace-up shoe that’s also perfect for wearing without socks thanks to its unlined finish that prevents rubbing. Its natural design is down to the upper made from especially soft suede, which hugs the foot like a second skin.
Anatomically shaped footbed
Microfiber Insole - made of a very fine synthetic fiber, extremely soft and shape-retentive. Because they are free of animal products they are used as the covering material for the lining of footbeds in vegan products, among other things.

I am very happy with my Birkenstock Gary shoes!
A very comfortable shoe with high quality construction.
Perfect for summer walking and casual wear.
Cushioning is not really a part of the shoe, but insoles (eg. SOLE) provide a softer feel if needed.
Price was excellent (on sale at 40% off), so that influenced my purchase.
