Black Diamond Creek Transit 22 Backpack

I have been using one of these for 3 years. I decided to get another one just to retire my spare to my other gear. I use this to walk into the executive boardroom, and also n the trail. It fits a 16" macbook pro in the sleeve, and I can fit everything I need for a 2 week work trip in there.

Love this pack for all my daily activities. Great for flying and great for outdoor especially with the waterproof upper. As a daily backpack its great, the flat bottoms means it sits on the floor nicely and the separate laptop compartment is so nice for my laptop. also the bag is comfortable even when loaded.

I use this backpack for weekly travel and have done for 2 years. It is superbly designed and built with quality materials. I fly twice a week and use the bag for 3/4 days worth of clothes, x 2 laptops, toiletries, passports, work docs, gym gear (no trainers though) it’s a great size and can fit under the seat in front in the airplane (no carry on cost needed) The best thing is the passport zip pouch for quick easy access for passport control as well as the top zip for liquids and laptop section for laptops. It’s strong, durable and smart 10/10.

Love this pack for flying. It holds enough for a weekend trip. I can take my laptop out without opening the main compartment helping you avoid spilling my stuff all over the floor. Very durable.

I love the pack. It is the perfect travel pack. It loads surprisingly a lot. The only problem is my laptop is too big, but I love the size of the 22. If the laptop pocket was for 15" laptop, it would be perfect! Otherwise, love it!

I recently replaced my original CT-22 with a new black one. Through the years the pack has had few changes. The three things that I love about this pack are the hidden document pocket which is perfect for passports, the huge padded laptop sleeve with side access, and the bottom reinforcements that allow the pack to stand. My only misgivings about the pack is that there is not external water bottle sleeve, and I was hoping the v.2 would have an additional pocket underneath the lid. I did look around quite a bit when selecting this and the previous version and I could not find anything that combined the limited size and all the features. If BD can figure out how integrate an external water bottle sleeve and add the pocket it would be perfect and get a 5. Tracy PS I don't want water inside the main bag to avoid leakage and condensation.

I had two of the creek 20 packs, which make great gym and small crag bag. But I wanted the new one to carry my computer around and other things that I don’t want covered in chalk. Lot of compartments for a small bag. However I do wish it had a external water bottle pouch.
