Great vest for all distances, the compression straps really work well to shrink it down to the size you need for your trip. The pockets are good sized for phone and snacks. Very adjustable chest straps to fine tune the fit.

As far as adventure racing goes this pack is perfect for those extended 24 hour plus races where you need to self sustain and move fast. Highly recommend. The versatility just can’t be beat.

Ordered this pack for an early season 14er in Colorado and I’m beyond obsessed with it. Love the roll top for stuffing layers and warming gear in. Big enough to carry outer shell, insulation layer, plenty of water and food. Build quality is fantastic and will be trying out the beta light for a thru hike.
