I bought these at the beginning of winter and I have fallen in love with them. They keep my hands warm on all but the coldest days. There are other reviews on here saying the gloves are not waterproof and I can only assume that they didn't apply the included waterproofing wax. The gloves are leather after all, not gore-tex, and will not remain waterproof unless you use the wax.

Stiff and hard to work in

Thumb is too long… trying still to get these gloves worked in… Sno-seal first, then mink oil just to try to soften them… nope still stiff as a board. Nothing seems to penetrate them. Warm enough for what I wanted them for, walking the dogs. Slippery for holding the leather leashes, have to grip really firmly or the leads slide, no issue with previous deerskin gloves.
Hope wearing them the whole season will finally work them in?
