    My first hike with this

    My first hike with this pack was to a fire lookout in driving rain. My wife and I were thoroughly soaked and had to change out our base layers to stay warm. The pack was very comfortable and surprisingly just had a little leakage despite not using a rain cover. The suspension system distributed weight very well and I would recommend it without hesitation

    This backpack is a much more realistic product than some of the hyper light, super flimsy roll top backpacks out there. The mission 35 is also light but not to the point where one is afraid to use it and puncture. It’s not huge but big enough for overnight hikes.

    Love this pack! Use it for ice climbing and it has a well thought out design that allows me to efficiently get to the crag with my ice gear.

    Bought this pack for my girlfriend for trips to our favourite crags, where we often bring more gear with us than we need.. change of clothes, toiletries, full sport rack, harness, shoes, water bladder, and her camera bag strapped to the back and zero complaints so far! The frame is potentially the only weak point when compared to some other top brands, but so far so good! Very impressed with this bay!

    It’s so hard to find a pack these days that have the features I’m looking for. BD Mission packs have that covered. In spite of being a little heavy they are completely strippable. Looking forward to many seasons with this pack.

    Love the new pack. I have needed an all-purpose pack like this for sometime. Previously I have had to use one pack for ice climbing, and a different pack for hiking. I can do both now with one pack.
