We just purchased the blackstone in anticipation of the winter storm. Fortunately we have not lost power but know we have a way to cook in the event we do. We have been wanting to purchase one anyway and this was the perfect excue we needed.

Got a large one for camp 2 years ago and got this one for home (less people to cook for) now. Easy to use. Cooks well. Hardest part is not cleaning it too much and gets rid of the coat it needs.
