I had purchased two sizes online and found that they fit true to size. For half sized it is probably safe to round up. Fur trim is cute.

True to shoe size, size down if half size

I'm an intermediate level skater and a women's shoe size 9. Based on reviews I purchased size 8 and 9 online. The size 8 skate was too small and the size 9 skate had about a finger width extra room (perfect for thick wool socks). If you're in between sizes, I'd probably size down.
I purchased these on sale off season and haven't had a chance to try them on the ice yet. The fleece lining is soft and warm. The boot is stiff and will need time to break into. Overall, the skate is worth the on sale price for recreational skating.
