They are definitely not intended for splashing (without splash pants) but these are great for non-puddle walking on a rainy day and she can get them on herself (18 months old)

I bought these for my daughter who's almost 2! They're not only super cute and stylish they're comfortable and easy to put on. She's even doing it herself! She's been outside and through some big puddles and mud and her feet are bone dry! I really like the little handles on them and how lightweight they are! I'm very happy with them. We will definitely be purchasing more bogs in the future!!!

These boots are awesome. They're actually alot higher than it looked in the photo. They are a proper full size, rubber boot that I have high hopes of them lasting without getting holes along the seams, etc. These are our 5th pair of rubber boots in 3 yrs. I hope they last better than the other brands. Thank you Bogs!
