Great Style, but tight around the arch of the foot

Bought these for my husband a few months ago. Unfortunately he had the same problem that many others have reported. He has a high arch and although the size 10 fit him great in length, they were so tight over the arched area of the foot that it was quite literally cutting off circulation. So I returned the size 10 and went up to a size a 11, thinking that there might be a possibility that the over boot would be a bit 'broader or wider' in the arched area of the foot, but that didn't work out either. Truly unfortunate because both he and I REALLY love the overall style and look of this boot....and it would've been great for working out in the bush or hunting in the cooler months. Sure hope BOG revamps this boot in the future with a bit more room or a "wide" version.

Better than advertised!

Was looking for new boots and my younger brother recommended that I give BOGS a try. The boots are warmer and way more comfortable than I anticipated. Wore them to shovel snow during the last nor’easter and didn’t slip once and only needed one part of socks! Great job BOGS!!

Decent winter boot.. With issues

I bought these in December 2024 as my everyday winter boots (Ottawa, Ontario). They were pretty decent although as others have noted they're a little tough to put on - I got used to it and made sure to always pull on the back boot tab. I'm addition the top eyelets never got used as the boot tongue was too short. Still they were decent enough boots and the tread seemed to really last.
That is until this winter (25/26) when the metal eyelet for the laces popped out. I tried to put them back on but wasn't able to. I eventually gave up and just used the hole without the metal eyelet which worked fine... Until one day when I was pulling the laces tight and it went THROUGH the boot material. 🤦♂️
So lots of tread left but now the boots are... Not great.
No, I do not recommend this product.

I really wanted to like these boots, for the waterproof factor and looks.. when I first tried them on, they felt really stiff so I figured they probably needed to be broken in a bit which is pretty uncommon for boots nowadays. After wearing these for a couple weeks and taking them on quite a few dog walks, I can confidently say that these are the most uncomfortable boots I've ever owned. The footbed is so stiff, that my feet hurt after about 15 to 20 minutes of walking in these - which is unheard of for all the boots that I've owned.

These winter are very nice BUT as a number of other people have indicated the metallace hooks on the upper section of the boots break...the metal is not durable and break with out any stress except for the normal lacing light tension. NOT good. Boots are still in excellent condition EXCEPT for this. The frequent report of this issue says something.... listen to it BOGS. ...and yes it have had them for a couple of years but the hooks are poor quality.

Very comfortable soles and stylish. Problem is that you'll pull a muscle squeezing you foot in and out of them. The built-in sock is way too tight.
