Paired with the Bolt Sports App, athletes can select modes to train speed & agility, reaction & cognition and sport specific skills such as stickhandling (hockey) and dribbling (soccer). eCones are a great tool that makes speed training fun for any athlete looking to level up their game and outperform their opponents. How to Use: 1. Power on desired number of eCones 2. Open Bolt Sports App, navigate to eCones page 3. Press Bluetooth icon & connect all 4. Navigate to desired game mode & press play! Pre-Programmed Ranked Games: Try some of the ranked speed tests where you can see how you stack up against athletes around the world on the global leaderboards.
Custom Game Mode: Create and save your own rulesets using the custom game mode.
5 Sensors Per Cone: Use the top sensor for speed/agility training or use the side sensors for reaction or sport specific skill training (stickhandling, dribbling, etc).
