Bowflex SelectTech 552 Adjustable Dumbbell

I had a gym membership for years and used it regularly until covid shut it down and the gym refused to suspend my membership ship fees and caused me to cancel my membership and invest in my own exercise room. I own a bow flex home gym, a bowlex treadmill and recently added these amazing adjustable dumbbells. It's a name you can trust. No more waiting for stations to open up and no more germs, bacteria and viruses. Money well invested.

I bought this for my teen son, he loves it! He uses it daily to keep his arms in shape while he's not in the gym. I love the way the weights lock in place and can be adjusted extremely fast and easily.
