The best cardio!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I would classify myself as a "not out of shape person". I've been riding the the line of not "Inshape" but not quite out either. I stay active with mostly casual, sometimes competitive sports. I was expecting this thing to give me a chance to get my heart rate up and generally tone my legs. I spent a quick 5 minutes on it after setting it up and my legs felt like I'd just done 2 sets of squats. This was completely unexpected. I can make it harder if I want to build some strength, or easier if I want to go for duration. The app is excellent for guided workouts, and the built-in options can also do what you need them to do. I feel like this does kind of the same thing as a rower, but the opposite. when I row I feel it much more in my arms and back while knowing I'm also working my legs. With this, it's the opposite. it kills the legs, but I know my arms and back are working as well. takes up so much less space than a rower. love this machine.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I use this Bowles every morning. The best way to describe what it feels like is it fits like a glove. The second I get on it I feel energized and the movement is so smooth because it is elliptical but it's so much like a stairmaster except you have movement for your arm. There are two positions for your arms or you can just leave them still on the heart rate monitor so that's three positions. It feels like a real solid piece directly from the gym. I love it!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I so wanted this thing to be the exception. When it works - it really is a game changer. A step way above ellipticals as far as the workout goes. I use it five days a week - WHEN IT WORKS. And they is the rub. In the year I have had it - the tensioner has given out twice, and it randomly won't power on Aniya every two months. Why can't we make quality products any longer?
