[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] There is a nice amount of arch in the shoe. Unfortunately the shoe laces come apart easily and I have to repeatedly/frequently retie the shoes.

Definite downgrade from previous version

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love the 13s. I assumed the 16 would be even better, but they are awful. I cannot wear them for more than a quick walk without blisters and abrasions on the side of my big toe. There is some type of hard material in the toe box that needs to be cut or shaped better. Please turn some attention to fixing this issue.

Too Narrow

I’ve been wearing the ghosts since the 13 and these have become much more narrow. For the ghost 15 I was a 2E and even as a 4E these ghost 16s have become too narrow. I love Brooks for the wider toe box, but these have become too narrow. Hoping they go back to the wider shoe to differentiate against other running brands!

The Ghost 16 have been super disappointing. I thought they would get better as I wore them in, but I never really had to do that with any Ghost in the past. Shoe is smaller and thinner than the past. Quality seems much worse. These 16s have 135 miles of walking (very little running) on pavement, and they're already done. The tread is worn thru on the left shoe, and they've been uncomfortable for the last month. I got over 350 miles on my 14s. The pictures tell the story. I'm now not sure what to do for my next shoes. I've put so many people in Brooks, especially the Ghost. I can't do that after the 16.

Sportchek doesn't deliver

I didnt receive these shoes. The website inventory and the the actual inventory are not properly synced so the order was canceled. You'd think that a company this large would have a system that actually worked, and some sort of commtiment to ensuring that what they offered for sale was truely for sale. Given that this item was on a deep discount and IT WAS NOT delivered, the shoes were effectivley a lost-leader (and a disappearing one at that). I won;t be orderingf online at spotchek again.

My first painful Ghist experience

Been wearing the Ghost since #10, this was my first problem model. Toe box is way too tight and hasn't opened up even after break in.

Bad sizing

Very disappointed the last two purchases of this brand and had to return both. First I bought size 10 and was far too small the second I ordered a half size bigger it was still too small. Never had a problem with sizing but seems to have this problem of small size since about 2 years ago as kthe Brooks I bought then was perfect. The quality otherwise is great but no good to wear for obvious reasons. I then looked at reviews and found out this was a common problem.
