I prefer metal studs to larger plastic stomp pads for my boards. These matt black Burton studs go great on my Nidecker Sensor board with Burton bindings.

Hands down the best stomp pad I have used. Way better grip on your soles compared to the foam ones, especially with packy, sticky snow. I put them on all my boards and my daughters boards. Can use them all, but I have been using 3-4 per board. Have had friends borrow a board and comment on how awesome they are and they end up buying them for their boards. Have not had a single one come off yet, but a friend of mine lost one of the 6 he put on. But that was on the day he put them on, so it may have needed a bit longer to set.

Great when they remain on your board

Followed installation instructions to the dot, cleaned surface, heated it up with a heat gun and installed them. After one day of riding, only 3 were left. Gonna go with bigger surface stomp pads so less likely to lose them in the slopes.
