Competes with ProV1x

My gamer has been the ProV1x primarily for its spin and higher flight. However after reviewing several reviews of the Chrome Tour X, I decided to give the ball a try. Glad I did, the Chrome Tour X has been a great ball for me thus far (8 rounds). Great feel off the putter and spins well around the green. Approach shots have been great with the ability to shape the shot. Ball flight is also to my preference hitting the window I like to give me confidence in my shot. Off the tee the ball has great distance. So far I have had a great experience with the new Chrome Tour X; out of bunkers I haven’t noted any more scuffs as compared to the ProV1x. I will say that this is Callaway’s best ball design as of yet, well done!

I am so impressed with the Chrome Tour X. It's remarkably consistent with spin, distance, and launch. Distance control is absolutely at the top of my list for what I look for in a ball. I am seeing consistent carry distances throughout the bag.
Also, super important is how the ball handles the wind, and the CT X is as good as any ball I've tried in windy conditions. It holds its line well and again, has consistent performance, so I'm not getting any surprises.
The X has a little extra spin around the greens compared to the Chrome Tour, which comes in handy on firm greens.
I have seen no issues with the durability with the X and it looks and feels like a premium ball.

I’ve played “the #1 Ball on Tour” for the better part of 35 years. And I can honestly say that the Chrome Tour X balls blow away anything of theirs I’ve ever hit. Long, great greenside spin, durable and outstanding feel. If you haven’t tried this ball yet, I highly recommend that you do!
