Structurally inferior

I bought this bag. Within two months it began to twist (upper portion of back no longer aligned with lower portion. The vertical integrity just isn't there. My club pro-shop, working through their Callaway rep, get it exchanged for a new one. Same problem. Within a month it twisted. Within two months it was 50/50 whether it could stand on its own.
I hit Callaway Rogue irons and like them, so I have no ax to grind with Callaway. I was later informed that Callaway does not make its own bags. I believe it.
I like Callaway products, but this bag is inferior.

Bag layout is very good. Would like to see towel holder higher as longer towels are hitting the ground. Bag doesn’t stand up straight on it own and tips over often

Would be great...if it ever stood up!

When you read reviews of items, it's ALWAYS hard to discern whether those complaining or those loving it are closer to correct. I can say without a doubt, that this bag would be perfect, BUT IT DOES NOT STAND! You can "balance the clubs", or redistribute the weight, etc, as some are saying HOWEVER YOU WANT...and it'll still always be at risk of falling over. It is NOT user error etc.
So I'm stuck with this thing now, and it's damaged my clubs several times from falling over. Even when I store it at home it as against a wall to prevent it toppling. I've emptied it, checked the plastic feet for wear, checked the steel rods inside for error, and NO issues...it just is NOT built correctly.
So I would definitely consider another bag...or enjoy having your clubheads damaged constantly by this flawed bag.

Needs improvement Zippers

Zippers are of poor quality. Right out of the box zipper stuck. The rain cover did not fit this bag. This is my second Callaway bag. The first one the zipper completely broke.
Otherwise it's a good bag.

I am very happy with this product. Good size, looks like good quality. A place for everything. Can't say about longevity as I just got it. It appears like it's going to be fine.
