Great product stores lots of water and the valve works easily to drink from. Fits well in the pack I use for cycling and hiking Easy to fill with water and seals well.

No Spills!

I've been using Camelbak reservoirs for years in the military and had a number of spills and leaks over that time. Since this new model came out a few years ago, I've yet to have a single leak despite the abuse I put it through! I also work for an organization that puts veterans on long distance hikes. Each year about 16 veterans (6 PCT, 4 CDT, 2 AZT, and 4 cyclists) use them for their 3-6 month long adventure and we've yet to have bad feedback!

Impressed with updated design

Purchased this to replace my old reservoir - this style has been out for a while, but I finally broke down and purchased it to replace my original reservoir. I love the quick disconnect of the hose for cleaning and swapping between normal tube and insulated tube. I've seen comments regarding this version leaking from time to time around the lid. I have not used it yet so that is to be determined for me. So far I'm impressed and look forward to using it.

Solid, reliable water reservoir

I get this 3L Crux reservoir to replace an older 2.5L bladder. And this 3L Crux works just fine. Others have mentioned of leaks. This reservoir doesn't leak. Have used this on 2 separate day hikes and it does everything that it should.
