Unsatisfied with product

I bought this water bottle thinking it would be great for keeping my water cold on long bike rides. I used it the next day after purchasing and was extremely disappointed. For something that is advertised as insulated and keeping liquids colder for 2x longer. I road from kingston to bath in just over an hour. I put 2× 3.5oz ice balls into the bottle along with the coldest temp water from the sink. By the time I arrive in bath the water was already warm (not even chilled or room temp) im hoping it was a manufacturer defect, but think everyone should be aware of this and be prepared to return the item. Product rating 1 star, customer service rating at sport chek kingston 5 star for not even blinking an eye and allowing me to return the product for an in store credit.
No, I do not recommend this product.
