I'm very satisfied with the sweatshirt I got from Carhartt. Fits great, looks great and I know it's gonna last. I would definitely recommend this product to everyone. I'm a big fan of Carhartt products and I'm sure I will continue to buy them.

Bad quality

I'm very unhappy with Carhartt. Unfortunately, I don't have time to shop in person, so I go online. But I'm surprised to find they're sending me quality products that don't match Carhartt stores. It seems unfair to surprise me like this. The quality of the orders is terrible. What can I do?
