Carhartt Men's Packable Anorak Lightweight Loose Jacket

Ok, I'm not bashing Carhartt! All of my sweatshirts, pullovers and coats are Carhartt. I hate hoods! You can't see, poke me in the eyes and bulky. I guess with this thing, if I could at least roll it up and store it in a pouch right at the hood. The front pouch goes all the way across the front of the coat. There iate two Velcro tabs to fasten the pouch closed. They are located on each side, outboard, it far from the end. When you put it on the middle of the pouch buckles open. So, what's going to happen when it rains? The rain that falls on my front will run down into the pouch. I'm going to Ireland and I bought it for rain.

I like the fit, 5'10" 195lbs and got an XL. lose fit and comfortable. Water beads off. I bought it mainly to block the wind and light rain and for misty days and it does what it's intended to do. My only disappointment and it's a big one, is the front pocket that has Velcro closures on the left and right side but doesn't have a Velcro closure in the middle leaving the pocket open while walking. This is a big problem even in light rain or even keeping things secure.

I like it so far. Wish I got it in a tall as I could use a little more length to it.

Sick jacket. Be sick if any work wear companies would make 3x/4x sizing in any of this stuff.

Everything I was seeking in light weight rainwear! As a greenskeeper I mow grass for 3 hours on some days in light rain. Plenty of room for layering sweaters or fleece on cool mornings. Cuffs, waist and hood seal out the elements well! Great value!

This pull over rain jacket fits great. I'm 6'5" 225lbs and the XL was the perfect fit, with just the right sleeve length and just enough room for a hoodie or light sweater in cooler weather. The inside lining is a nice breathable fabric making this pullover all day comfortable!

Great fit and perfect for those cooler mornings on the golf course.

It is the best rain jacket I own!! The material is very durable and I know it will last me for years to come.
