I ordered an XL with plenty of time to receive it by Christmas (it’s a gift) - they sent the incorrect size - I had to buy a new one online and return the other one to the store - now it’s lost in transit and won’t make it for Christmas. The gentleman at the customer service hotline was helpful and provided a discount but unfortunately, won’t make it in time for Christmas. The product itself - when we received the original one I was surprised how thin it was for 150$
