When the weather is cool and damp, this men's Carhartt rain jacket offers insulated warmth to keep you working. It blocks the wind and sheds light rain. Synthetic down insulation plus a sherpa fleece lining in the upper body seals in heat. Knit cuffs and an adjustable hood further seal out the cold as you bend and move. Pockets inside and out offer plenty of storage. A loose fit offers Carhartt's roomiest cut.

Short in body length

For a men's size 2XXL, it was too short. Needs to be at least 4 inches longer to protect from cold and wind. The hood was also a bit too bulky, as it did not sit flat on the body and pushed against the back of the head.
It was very good quality, heavy. lots of great pockets and liked the fuzzy liner on the upper back. Needs to have a zipper pull tab added.

Good looking Jacket, super warm but not heavy on your body. Lots of pockets. It also looks very durable including zippers. My son is 5,9 150lbs and the M was perfect. The price could have been lower, but everything is overly priced these days.

The warmest winter jacket I've ever had.

[Employee of fgl] Got this as a Christmas present 2 years ago and I just love it! I live in Calgary and in the coldest months here it's what I live in, I've always had decent jackets before but this one is a game changer. I'm never cold in it, even when its been -40 with the windchill. I'm a shorter person (5'4), so it fits me a little bit bigger, but I'm still super happy with it!

This jacket is super warm. Not a mid weight jacket by any means. Carhartt has it as a Level 4 (Warmest they make) on their own website.
