This level of glove the palm protection isn’t that great, a fair amount of stingers. Rest of the glove I have no complaints about. Had to upgrade to the level up.

Design defect deters me

I didnt like this glove from the word go. Its was horribly stiff even after some breaking in techniques that are tried and true. Most of all the thumb channel has a hard knot that digs into the pad of my thumb. I used it once and HATED it I thought I got a lemon, so I took it to Pro Hockey life in Vaughn. It turns out, although my knot bump was more pronounced, all of the CCM elflex trappers have that horrible bump
I ended up returning it and spending a bit more dough on a Brians trapper and am very happy.
