the +2mm might take a couple mins to get used too but once you do these runners are great and the increased height offer a better attack angle while skating. just be careful that when you get them sharpened to only get them sharpened at places that sharpen coloured steel like pro hockey life, as if you deburr them with a normal skate stone the coating will come off like any other coated steel.
