    Great skates, poor customer service

    Ordered online. Skates are great but came with mismatched insoles from someone trying them on previously which was frustrating and sportchek Customer service would only suggest a full return which was unnecessary. Just needed matching insoles.

    High Price Poor Quality

    Lasted less than a year before the portion of the boot with the eyelets tore away the rest of the structure. I had a pair before this where the back of the skate also tore off the boot. That pair lasted a little more than a year. Fool me once shame on CCM, fool me twice shame on me
