I use this to fuel my long runs. Tastes MUCH better than other brands. Also really like the litter leash so the top stay attached and doesn't end up on the trail or road.

My husband has type 1 diabetes and these gels are absolutely essential and life saving for him. He is active in sports and needs these to best manage his diabetes. Please reconsider!

I take a gel immediately before a morning endurance run/bike and about one hour in if the exercise is difficult. This gel is perfect: I feel a nice boost of energy and it's easy on the stomach. As an added bonus it tastes great

This is the first energy brand/bar I tried, and it exceeded my expectations. Not overly sweet, excellent flavor. I take one for an hour ride every 15 min. I didn't feel like superman but didn't get exhausted. I like it and will continue to use it until I find a better one ;)

I tried honey stinger, GU and a few other brands. Although I like honey stinger, it is almost 1.6x the price of this.
This product is just awesome, tastes well, provides energy boost during the long endurance workouts. I love all the flavors.
