No putter

This is supposed to be a complete set, but it doesn't come with a putter. Not sure how it can be considered a full set without a putter. The clubs that do come with the set aren't too bad to start golfing with. A little redundant with the Woods and Hybrid though.

Bought these online, missing a club, sent an email asking for this to be looked into/send club. No response. Phoned customer service, said it would be taken care of and they would send an email confirming. No email sent. Will have to spend more of my time trying to sort this. Not impressed, won’t order online again.
