very waterproof. Went out in the pouring rain. Nice lining with a bit of fleece. perfect for spring or fall. Bought for my 12 year old who likes it very much.

Lightweight, great quality, and beautiful colour! This is the 3rd Columbia rain jacket (same style) I’ve purchased. Only reason I didn’t give it 5 stars is because although the high-low front is cute, your child will grow out of it quicker because once it starts to get small, the front looks really short. Solution is to buy a size up:)

Good enough rain jacket

Bought this jacket to keep my daughter dry during recess time and it's seemed to do the trick so far for that. We put it to the test today Nov 28, 2021 here in the South Surrey, BC area as my daughter had a soccer game in the pouring rain. After about 30-45 mins of play time, the rain seeped through. So this is a good enough jacket for a short period of time I suppose, like outside during recess where the kids can duck in and out of the undercover areas but not for continuous rain. Looks like we'll have to find a heavier weight jacket for that to keep dry.
