    Runs very small

    I’ve been buying this coat for all of my kids for years! Light weight, waterproof and cozy on cooler days. Stands up well enough to hand down multiple times.

    Sleeves are too long

    Very cute rain jacket, fits perfect except, the sleeves are way too long. Having them shortened by my sister, who is a seamstress otherwise, I would have had to return all three that I purchased.

    There is no fleece lining in the sleeves or in the lower half of the coat. It's disappointing.

This jacket's size is spot on for our 4.5 year old, with a little room for growth, and quality is great.     [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this jacket specifically because it stated that the sleeves were elastic and the picture shows that they are elastic. Sleeves are way too long (2-3 inches) and only have partial elastic so they hang down over her hands.
