As used by a petite adult

Bought these for Central IL holiday, and it held up nicely on temps below 25 (real feel of 10-15 outdoors). For reference, I'm 89lbs, and I usually wear a youth size 2. But when I checked the chart for these boots, my foot length fell under size 3. I recommend using the chart as a guide for sizing up. I love the neutral color so that extra petite adults like me can wear them. They're cushioned thick but fit nicely even with woolly socks. Just the right heft, easy to put on, and worked well during walks through muddy/post-snow icy forest parks. The only reason I knocked off 1 star is that early on, one of the end tabs that bind the laces together came off, and you can see the stitches on the tab coming loose (see photos). Apart from that, I'm very happy with these boots.

Great boot, but a pain putting on.

Bought these a couple weeks ago for my two sons, they like how comfortable and waterproof they are but both hate putting them on, it takes them forever as it’s so narrow and you really can’t loosen them. Heel tab already ripped off one pair since they’re so hard to put on. I’ll probably buy a different pair of boots if they continue to struggle getting these on and off at school. Too much time being wasted. Oh and they run small.

I'm really disappointed that the back pull-up ripped the second time my son wore them. Now, it's difficult for him to wear them. I was hoping Columbia would be a better choice.

OnTrac Shipping needs to go.

These boots could be great but I might not ever know because Columbia chooses to use OnTrac shipping, which is a joke. My package has been scanned in the same location 2x in 3 days & before that it sat untouched for days before that. It’s unfortunate that so many companies are using OnTrac/Lasership now, because they lose everything.
