The product was an online order picked up in store. The gloves were useless because the packager did not realize that the inserts for the gloves were missing or previously stolen.

Not warm enough

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Used in 30 degree weather and my fingers were cold. Gloves are not touch sensitive and doesn't work on a smartphone screen. Liners worked though.

Fairly warm, well made, liner-glove, weird shape

Have a look at one of your hands: which finger is longest? It's the middle finger, right? Well that's not how these gloves are made. The index finger is longer than any other, and it's extremely long. There's a full inch of space between the end of the index finger of the liner glove and the end of the index finger of the outer glove. I don't think it's me--I've never had a glove fit like this before.
Design aside, they're tolerably warm, though not outstanding, they do appear well-made, and I like it a lot that they have a liner glove. The wrist-elastic is a bit fiddly. If you *use* it, it makes it harder to get the glove over the sleeve of a parka (I think it's attached too close to the end of the glove). The base of the glove could stand to be a *little* wider to make it easier to get over a parka sleeve too.
On the whole, pretty good gloves. I don't think they'd be very good if the temperatures were regularly below -15C.
