Big Disappointment!

I own dozens of Columbia fleece. I have been a big fan over the years. I am afraid that stops with my last purchase. The Hike Full Zip is a terrible product. After one "delicate" wash, it is covered with thousands of pills. Never had this happen before. Very disappointed.
