Great Boots Highly Recommend

Excellent Fall Winter boots. Warm enough so far in snow. Great traction in snow and on ice although I don’t think they are meant to be winter boots. My teenager’s feet are permanently hot so these are perfect.

My second pair of Peakfreak X2 Mid Outdry hiking Shoes! Just love the style, lightness and comfort. No need to break them as they are fit right away. I removed the insole, put in my orthotics and do on average 10 km a day hike. Great waterproofing is good enough to walk in the light rain and on wet or muddy ground.

Great waterproof hiker for the price. Comfortable and so far durable. Walked through icy puddles, mud and wet gravel, kept me dry. Wear long pants over them or gravel will get in your shoe

Nice comfortable walking / hiking shoe. Toes are just water resistant enough to survive a walk through grass with morning dew, but don't expect more than that. Tread provides good grip on slick muddy trails and sandy slopes. One small grudge are the boot hooks for the laces; for some reason they are set at such an angle that the laces frequently miss sliding into them which is frustrating.

Lace hooks to small

The lace hooks at the top of the boot are to small and laces pop out when not extremely tight. Overall a decent boot but sizes also fit a bit small and should have got a size up.
