Upgrade to the previous "Royce" series of pants

These are PHENOMENAL - a fantastic upgrade to the previous generation. The material is the same 96% Nylon / 4% Elastane, but they feel much, much softer than older models, almost like pajamas! They are truly water resistant and stretch in all directions. I have a 30 inch waist, and the 32W/32L fit very well - with a little bit of "bag" in the waistline. The do feel a bit like "skinny" jeans in the calves, but the stretch is so great that I don't mind that at all. I did not have any problems with an undersized belt loop, which appears to have affected other reviewers here. I am ready to purchase another pair!

I like them so much that I have all the colors! Excellent casual and outdoor look! The only drawback is that with use and due to its materials, it widens a bit; You will have to fasten it with a belt but I would recommend that you go for one size less, with use it will go up 1/2 size.

These are my new, favorite go-to pants. Lightweight, quick dry, absolutely no wrinkle, wear every day if you want. Made of a combination of 96% nylon and 4% elastane (aka spandex), the look and fell is great. I've been searching for pants like these for some time and pleased that I discovered the type at Columbia.
