Bought this jacket for my son this Xmas and one of the strings broke to tighten hood. Took back absolutely no issues they replaced with new one and also prior to that I noticed the jacket was on sale after Xmas and they honoured the price difference too.

Looks attractive, colour not flashy, fits well, company service to find and get it to me in my size was excellent… but just one thought… no inside pocket for my iPhone…

Not Packable at all

(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) I purchased this jacket for my husband (#1533891) specifically for the "Packable" feature. The jacket arrived with no tags or information about being packable. Had to resort to UTube to find "how to's. Unfortunately, this jacket does not come equipped with the packable pocket. Each of the pockets have sewn-in liners that do not pull inside out with a double tabbed zipper. The UTube examples had a "packable" tag sewn into the pocket with a pull-out liner. Husband doesn't care but this outcome annoys me.
