Fits Huge

This jacket fits wayy too big
I’m not sure if it’s a defect or something but i ordered A medium to have a snug/fitted fit but it’s fitting like a extra large, I’m 5’11, 170lbs and my arms barely clear the sleeves and i cant Put a shell over it without it being all squished inside. Would definitely recommend sizing way down or trying it out in store.

smells of wet duck

Not sure if this was specific to my jacket, but it smelled to high heaven. It seems like a nice jacket but is unwearable due to the smell. It was so bad, I washed it with another synthetic fill jacket and it made the other jacket smell. Have washed it twice now, used baking soda as well as vinegar rinses with some improvement, but still smells. I should have just returned it right away but kept it because it was a good deal and is a nice looking jacket

Seems big.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] According to Columbia’s sizing guide, I purchased a medium. I’m 5’6”, 150-155 pounds, and this jacket was quite large on me. Definitely did not feel “fitted”. Otherwise, seems like a nice jacket.

Plastic zipper

The entire zipper, both the zipper pull and the zipper “teeth” that run along the entire jacket from top to bottom, are made of plastic. At this price and from this brand, I wanted metal for higher quality and durability. Also, the sizes seem to run very large. I ordered a medium and wear that size in everything I own, but I had to return this jacket to get a small.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This jacket fits my tall, slender son so well! It fits just how he wanted it to and he is happy with how warm and cozy it is. I am happy that when we put jackets in a bag it isn’t huge and bulky.
