[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought this exact jacket for hiking the rainforest in Alaska and I was the only one out of 8 of us who stayed totally dry underneath after hiking for two hours in constant rain. Everyone else was soaked down through 3 layers using jackets from other companies. Literally can’t recommend enough. I got a size or two larger than normal to be able to layer and to make the jacket longer for more rain protection, worked out great.

Amazing Quality!!!

I was wearing this jacket when I had a horse riding accident. When I tell you I absolutely flew off the horse and slammed into the gravel - this jacket should have ripped immediately. Instead it actually ended up protecting my body from getting any cuts. I threw the jacket in the wash and it came out seamless as if nothing had happened to it. As a result I now have this jacket in several colors. Moral of the story is - the quality of this jacket is INSANE, and also don’t ride horses ha ha ha.

It is actually waterproof.

If you want waterproof, BUY THIS JACKET! I was in Florence, Italy in pouring down rain, waiting in a line to get into a museum. We were in this rain for at least an hour and I stayed completely dry. This was the ultimate test for this product. Everyone in my group got wet under their jackets and ponchos, but not me. I didn't even have an umbrella. It does run a little small, so you might want to buy the next size up, especially if you going to wear layers of clothing under it.
