I was initially concerned regarding the weight of the fabric being slightly denser than what I had expected and therefore warm for hiking. However I did hike in them on a warm day and was very pleased. I would purchase another pair for sure. Good product.

I am 5'3" and these are very long and seem to be a bit to wide for a boot cut. I would prefer the bootcut to be a little bit slimmer, otherwise the fit is perfect. I haven't decided if I will keep them or not as I would have to get them shortened so have not worn them to comment on warmth. Material is exactly what I was looking for

Not for someone with slim body- very broad
just below waist band. I think this is a very strange fit.
