Return: Shipping Delay & Too Small for Recipient

It's a well made coat but I would size-up one size if ordering online. Ordered as a Christmas Gift December 19th with 2-3day shipping selected. Arrived December 30th. The recipient in her 70s already selected a different coat by another brand by the time it arrived so it is being returned. It also fits much tighter than the brand she selected in the same size so would have been returned anyways for being too small.

Does not keep as warm

Love the length, and the overall lightweight quality . However at this price point, I was expecting it to keep warm and definitely does not keep as warm. Not great given the cold temps in Canada. Had high hopes for the brand especially given how expensive it was so I’m disappointed.
