Honestly not what I had hoped for. The jacket itself is an odd fit, it’s uncomfortable. The comments about it being a hair magnet are 100% accurate. When it arrived it was covered in lint ect to the point it looked off black. Also the inside of the jacket is not that smooth silky material so it catches and grabs what ever you’re wearing underneath and it doesn’t move on your body nicely, it also bunches up your sleeves. It was a pass for me I returned it.

Fit is great, I got a medium and have room to wear a hoodie under. I will say it’s not the warmest jacket, and the reviews were definitely correct about the jacket material picking up lint like crazy. Overall I’m happy with it but I don’t know if I will be able to wear it when it gets really cold. And you’ll need a lint brush

Great all around jacket!!

Just got this jacket and so far am loving it. Had ordered the longer Chatfield jacket but had to return it as it was longer than I wanted. Decided to try this shorter version and it’s perfect. Light weight but plenty warm enough. Lots of room if you need another layer underneath. I would definitely recommend. Added bonus it was 40%off

I love how this jacket fits, the look of the fabric, the weight and warmth. The only problem is that the fabric picks up lint like you were caught in a snowstorm. It is generally covered all over with a light layer of lint. I now use a lint remover with tape before I wear it out. I don't mind too much as I do like the way I look in the jacket, but Columbia needs to rethink using this fabric.
