Lightweight but warm

Just purchased this coat and I love the warmth and stylish fit! Very roomy so sized down to medium and still have room to wear a sweater underneath (not that I will need it with the down) The coat is very lightweight so you don’t feel like you are weighted down when you walk. With the smooth outer material, you don’t look like an inflated blimp walking around outside.

Cute jacket. Not too heavy, not light either. I'll have to wear it a few times and see if it's warm. It looks cute but def oversized. I like that there is plenty of room to wear a large sweater or hoodie underneath and u have room to zip it all up and drive around in it. The 2 way zipper is a plus. I like the large pockets at the front but it would have been even better to have pockets on the side as well. Normally I am a size 12/14 Large and I usually get XL coats for that extra room but with this coat I prob could have gone with a size Medium.

Waterproof but very bulky

Waterproofing works well on this jacket and it is warm. However, the fit is HUGE. I am a size small 90% of the time, but the last Columbia small I ordered was really snug, so I sized up to a medium. The medium fits like an extra large. I could literally fit two of me inside. Not a bad coat, but order 1-2 sizes down.

Keeps you warm, looks cute when all zipped up!

The only issue I have is that the inside material is extremely shiny and bright, and makes the jacket look not so cute when it's not fully zipped/buttoned up and you can see the bright metallic interior material when you're walking with an unzipped jacket and it can be an eyesore. I'd either wear this fully zipped or just reserve it for super cold weather when you wouldn't want to wear it unzipped anyways.

Good Coat Overall

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really like this coat overall! However, I was surprised to see that the reflective fabric does not go all the way down on the inside of the coat. Additionally, the pocket opening is parallel to the floor, so it is a bit awkward trying to put your hands inside comfortably.

Too wide and short

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This seems like a very nice coat, but it was much shorter and wider than expected. I am 5’3 165 lbs and it barely covered my rear and it was so wide I had difficulty lifting my arms because the sleeves met the shoulders partway down my arm instead of at the joint. Due to that, I purchased another parka with a longer length in a medium and it is way too tight. I would love to see Columbia be more consistent with their sizing.
