Runs on the large side

The jacket is a good weight, no lining, other than the mesh which is perfect for my needs. Double zipper which is great as I want this for bike riding so can undo at the bottom of the jacket. All the pockets have zipper closures, the sleeves are velcro closures which will keep wind and any moisture out. I like the overlap on the closure which again makes the closure wind proof. The ONLY criticism I have is that the size runs on the large size. I generally take a 3X but I think I could have ordered a 2X.. But I will keep it because I know I can easily fit a hoodie or sweat shirt under it for warmth. I got the safari colour, it is a light sage green.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this for a trip I'm currently on in the PNW. We've spent the last 2 days hiking in the rain around Mt. Rainier and this jacket has kept me very dry!

Delivery Disapointment

I ordered it on line a couple of weeks ago but still haven't received it. Purolator delivered it to the wrong address. A half dozen phone calls. A dozen emails and a visit to the store and i still do not have my coat.
I'll keep working on this but this has been a very difficult process. I've been told it's between me and purolator.

Excellent raincoat at a good price

This is a well-made jacket. I purchased 1 size larger because I will be wearing a base layer, sweater, fleece and possibly a vest underneath for a trip to Iceland. The length provides excellent coverage and the cords and velcro allow for sealing of openings. Pockets are deep and functional. Too soon to report on its performance but I am very happy with the purchase

This is a nice fitting light rain jacket. The color is a beautiful taupe. The one negative is the front zip area has Velcro strips which snag clothing and wear unevenly. Snaps or just the zipper would be preferable.
