Columbia Women's Joy Peak II Omni-Heat™ Infinity and Omni-Shield™ Water Resistant Insulated Puffer Vest

Love it. Only complaint wish it had a hood. Got size L. I’m 160 pounds and 5’1.

I just realized Columbia had long vests, so I bought 3: this one, the Karis Gale and the Heavenly II Long. I like the other 2 better than this one, but I'm extremely happy with all of them. The fabrics, features, components, construction and quality are all top notch. This one has the biggest, boxiest fit - but it's still fine. If I could shorten the length an inch from the shoulder seam, I'd like it better. I'm 5'5" tall, 39", 32", 41" and got a M in all three. I can really feel the omni heat fabric add toasty warmth to this one and the Karis Gale. I don't really feel it in the Heavenly because it has less insulation, but I would probably feel it more during a brisk hike or cross country ski when I'm generating more heat. I haven't used it for anything like that yet. The Karis Gale feels like it has a little more insulation than this, which is soft as a cloud, and the outer fabric is silkier. It also fits me better. I'm still extremely happy with this one. I got the dark purple color and it's my favorite color available out of the 3. I have a few other long vests from other brands and the Columbia are the nicest ones. I a long vest almost every day from fall-spring so now I'll have a little more variety, can wear them literally every day, and these are an upgrade from my older ones.

Lightweight but warm. Love this for a walk outside or sitting at the hockey rink!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Absolutely perfect! When driving, I wear a vest most of the fall and winter in Michigan. (Can’t bear to wear a coat in the car.) The longer length makes it warmer if I’m outside, and also seems a bit “dressier” for me in work clothes. Love!
