Not meant for hiking

More of a casual running/walking shoe that offers minimal support.

Very comfortable. Wish they came in wide width.

Great comfort and looks. Wish they came in wide. I am a standard 9W. Ordered a 9.5 based on reviews. Bit long but no way a 9 would have fit. Because they aren't wide, the opening just barely meets side of tongue. I bought them for daily out and about wear and they are very comfortable. Definitely not waterproof (water resistant is better description). If these came in wide width, I would buy one in every color. I love the burgundy/black combo. I have the Firecamp boot in 9W (just purchased my 2nd pair) for my 'winter' boots so between these 2 styles, I am set for my winter footwear needs. Please consider more styles in wide width!

Just what I'm looking for. Great cushioning, not too bulky and waterproof. I'm usually 8.5 on low cut shoes and 9 for boots. Perfect fit.

Yes, I recommend this product.

Love the fit

I love the fit of these boots. There room in the toe box and sturdy ankle support. I use them for hiking as well as slopitch on a pinch. The grippy sole is perfect for both

My feet were soaked

Bought these 4 weeks ago, very comfortable low hiking boots, very light. Absolutely love the fit. First rainfall that I wear them and I come home with my feet soaked, they're not waterproof! I bought them for the sole purpose of waterproof, epic fail!

No, I do not recommend this product.

immediately comfortable

Had to buy a second pair because my daughter kept stealing mine. Wore these on a 10+km hike in Kananaskis and they were perfectly comfortable with no breaking in period. Hiked through knee deep snow and they kept me warm and dry

Yes, I recommend this product.

Great comfort and support

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I just took these out for a short trail walk, and couldn't be more pleased. Even before I replaced the insoles with others (for metatarsal support), these shoes are cushiony and supportive. I have bought many Columbia shoes and boots over the years, and these are my new favorites. Especially on sale, these are a great buy. My usual size 10 fits great.
