    Comfort and stability

I purchased these shoes one month ago. I travelled across the US, only using these shoes. I was able to hike on wet and uneven ground, as well as walk through the city, I have difficulty getting shoes to fit, but these fit perfectly and provided my ankles and feet with good stability. I am seriously considering buying a second pair.

Bought these end of December 2025. By March 2025 they started leaking and were replaced under warranty. Second pair were fine until this April 2026. Second pair started leaking. I bought them because they were advertised as being waterproof. Neither pair lived up to that statement. Very disappointed.

Just what I'm looking for. Great cushioning, not too bulky and waterproof. I'm usually 8.5 on low cut shoes and 9 for boots. Perfect fit.

    Yes, I recommend this product.

Bought these 4 weeks ago, very comfortable low hiking boots, very light. Absolutely love the fit. First rainfall that I wear them and I come home with my feet soaked, they're not waterproof! I bought them for the sole purpose of waterproof, epic fail!

No, I do not recommend this product.

    Great comfort and support

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I just took these out for a short trail walk, and couldn't be more pleased. Even before I replaced the insoles with others (for metatarsal support), these shoes are cushiony and supportive. I have bought many Columbia shoes and boots over the years, and these are my new favorites. Especially on sale, these are a great buy. My usual size 10 fits great.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought these for an upcoming trip to Alaska. Initially when I took them out of the box, I thought they sent the wrong size. I wear an 8 and thought they were a 10. It's just the way the sole is designed. You want to wear an ankle sock, otherwise it's to rough around the top. Haven't yet put them to a real test, but around the house they are easy and comfy to walk in. Extremely lightweight. Can't wait to wear them in Alaska.
