I love this coat. I can wear it on it’s own or use it as a layer. My new go to.

my older daughter liked it so much we bought another one for my younger daugter.

I bought this jacket for a trip to Arizona at the end of January. Surprising to most people, a lot of Arizona is actually cold in the winter. I was really worried this jacket wouldn't be warm enough but it was perfect! The key to hiking is layers and this was the perfect outer layer. It kept me warm when I needed it to, blocked the wind really well, and was light and easy to stick in a backpack or tie around my waist for hotter days. The coldest day was in the Grand Canyon when we got a fresh 8 inches of snow and it was around -2 to 0 Celcius and I had a merino wool layer, another long sleeve, a sweater, and this jacket. I was the perfect temperature for the first 30 minutes and then I started to warm up! I really underestimated how much heat this would hold in! After stripping a layer I was much more comfortable. On another hike in Sedona it was about 8 Celcius at the beginning and dipped to about 5 celcius by the end. I had a tank top, a long sleeve top, and this jacket. Most of the beginning of the hike I had the jacket off either wrapped around my waist or in the backpack, but as the sun went down and it started to cool off I put this on and it was perfect. Would highly recommend for a hiking trip!

True to size. Quality is great. Color is perfect..

Very light weight. I am very petite but jacket fits good overall....maybe1-2 in too long in the sleeves but I have shorter arms. Arms are not too long though that it doesn't still look great.
